How to Order

NEW CUSTOMERS

Please register your details on our website.
Once your account has been approved, you will be able to see prices and to place orders online.

All new customers, orders will be on Pro Forma basis.
All major credit and debit cards accepted.

 

EXISTING CUSTOMERS

Please log in your details to see the prices and to place orders online.

Approved Credit Account Customers are expected to settle invoices within 30 days.

All goods remain the property of Thang Tho Ltd. until fully paid for. Failure to make punctual payment will entitle us to our rights to damages and to suspend any outstanding orders or to cancel the contract, without prejudice. We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.

 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

The minimum order quantity of each product is 1 unit/product.

The unit quantity of each product is varied as shown on product details such as 6 boxes/unit or 12 boxes/unit.

 

PRICES

All prices quoted in pound sterling, excluding VAT.

All prices are subject to 20% VAT.

 

DELIVERY AND CARRIAGE CHARGES

Mainland UK delivery 

Carriage charge  £7.95 per order
Free carriage for order over £250

Please note: minimum carriage paid order value excludes VAT

Isle of Wight, Eire, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Islands
Minimum carriage paid order is £650
Orders under this amount will be charged at a minimum of £20 per consignment

European country
All price are excluded VAT.
All invoices are on pro forma basis only. 
All invoices are on pound sterling(£) only.
Transport cost will charge to the customer.
Please inform us at the time of placing an order your nominated shipper details.

Whilst every effort is made to send complete orders we reserve the right to make part deliveries.

Carriage charge to EU countries starts from £20+.

Carriage charge will be varied depending on the orders. 

 

RETURNS & DAMAGES
All Claims for damages must be reported to us within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt. 
No goods may be returned without prior consent.
